STRESS MANAGEMENT
Stress makes you feel angry and frustrated. An increase in the levels of stress could keep our entire day at risk, affecting both emotional and physical health. It reduces one's capacity to think distinctly and work productively. At times it makes us feel as if nothing can be done. The clock might go very slow giving more hours in the day, and you will burst out on your dear ones when you are tied up in stress.
Effective stress management could cuddle the level of stress and bring out the strong ones in you, allowing you to enjoy life and is a need of the hour. I would like to give you some recommendations for managing stress.
