Intervention is an action or attempt taken by the people especially friend and family to someone to seek professional and emotional or else psychological help with an addiction or psychological disorder or some kind of traumatic events and crisis and try to improve them.

*As the models of stress management there is many models of stress management for eradication.Among them mostly used for some unique models are approached.That are Response Model or GAS(General Adaptation Syndrome) by Hans Selye in 1965 that indicates stress as a physiological response pattern and was captured within his general adaptation syndrome and follows three stages of alarm,resistance and exhaustion.Then Diathesis Stress Model that implies that psychologically attempts to explain a disorder, or its trajectory, as the result of an interaction between a predispositional vulnerability, the diathesis, and a stress caused by life experiences.The next one is Lazarus and Folkman model that depicts the stress is experienced when individual percetion of demands exceeds from the personal and social resources the individual able to mobilise that called transactional and coping model of stress.

*Setting up roadblocks that how to get rid from stress,intervention is the way to set the roadblocks and its the kind of activity to prevent or block from a stressor consquences like psychological discomfort,anxiety,infectious diseases,chronic disease.It means the settup the check points for stressor,we can adopt many pattern of roadblocks like;I do not have time,i am too busy,I have many stuff to learn,its not my cup of tea like this you use.
