The risk management plan is a plan used by the project manager to make prevention from these risks and their effects on the projects, estimate how they make impact and solution to resolve, also helpful in minimizing the probability and consequences

of adverse events to project objectives.

To make a risk management plan I take an example of a building construction project. Here the risk is the probability of inability to achieve the project objectives and goals first define

1. what risk may come as weather risk, material shortage risk, worker safety risk, resources risk, chances of accidents, geographical risk etc.

2. The measure the probability of occurrence in this analyze what risk may occur and define in terms of very likely to happen (95%), probably (76%), may occur(51%), unlikely(26%), very unlikely(5%) as per example weather risk probably happen(76%), material shortage risk may occur(51%), the worker safety risk is unlikely(26%), resource failure may occur (51%), and geographical risk very unlikely (5%).

3. Risk impact on project

weather risk impacts serious, material shortage risk impact critical, resources risk impact minor, worker safety risk impact moderate, geographic risk impact negligible.

4. A score of risks on the projected weather risk is the high-risk score risk, material shortage risk high-risk score risk, resource shortage or failure is a moderate score risk, worker safety failure is the moderate score risk, and geographical risk is low-risk score risk.

By these 4 steps analysis risk for a project analyze by the help of this example.
