• For a healthy smile you must practice oral hygiene everyday.
• A good oral and dental hygiene help to prevent bad breath, tooth decay and gum diseases and keep your teeth healthy and clean.
• Oral hygiene is maintained through proper brushing, flossing, periodic removal of deposits on tooth through scaling and by use of month washes.
• Tooth loss is the major after effect of poor oral hygiene
• People are spending thousands to replace lost tooth, but if you keep proper oral hygiene , tooth loss can be prevented
• Prevention is always better than cure, keep your mouth clean.
• Everyone should change your toothbrush once in 6 months for effective oral hygiene maintenance.
• Poor oral health can lead to toothloss , diabetes and even cardiac problems.
• Soo keeping good oral health will keep your mouth and body healthy.
• A healthy mouth will ward off other medical conditions.
• So keep your mouth clean, body healthy and smile confidently.
