I am currently working as a Branch Manager In a finance company in India which is a NBFC i.e. Non Banking Finance Compnay. Here my job was a challenge for me at early stages as this was m first job also. I started my career from here. But due to my qualification, interpersonal skills and vocabulary I was given the post of Branch Manager though it was my first job. So it was a big achievement for me. And also it was a challenge for me as there were more expectations from me and also I need to prove myself as per my profile.

In my 3 years of job experience I was transferred to different locations in the state and there also I performed well. The performance was so good that I also got many increments in my salary and also bonus and incentives. Due to my performance I was transferred to the headquarter and now I am working as Branch Manager here.

I participated in all the activities of the organization, given many reviews and hold a team and gave a very good performance with their participation. In my job I travelled a lot as it was more based on touring.

I had done PGDM in my post graduation and before that I did B.Sc. in Bio at graduation level. Though earlier my goal was to be a Doctor so I studied with science stream till graduation but afterwards I changed my mind and keeping in mind my Cousin brother as my role model I changed my dtream and started to study for that. So I did Post Graduate Diploma in Management and started working in organization. Now as I am getting success in my career I am very happy with my decision.

Now my future goal is to be a CEO of any reputated organization and serve it with all I have learnt from the begining and also with all those experience of my personal and professional life till the time I became CEO.

As I am just a beginner in my job after I have completed my studies at present none of my publications are present but as I grow in my career it is also my will to give the country some of my own publications.
