The servant leaders aim is to encourage the skill of the various employees and make them more better and efficient people. To the growth of skilled people and for the better community, the servant leaders must need some principles such as empathy, foresight, persuasion, healing, awareness, listening etc. Every employee have an organisational goal. The important task of the servant leaders are to help these employees to achieve their goals.
