How does obesity relate to type 2 diabetes, heart problems, or blood pressure issues?
overweight or obese increases the chances of developing the common type of diabetes, type 2 diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which blood sugar levels are higher than normal. High blood sugar is the main cause of heart disease , kidney disease, stroke, amputation, and blindness.
It may be that being overweight causes cells to change, making them resistant to insulin. Insulin transports insulin from the blood to the cells where it is used for energy purposes. If a person is insulin resistant, the blood sugar can not be absorbed by the cells, resulting in high blood sugar.
In addition, the cells that make insulin have to work extra hard to try to keep blood sugar normal. This will cause these cells to fail slowly.
Obesity leads to heart disease in a variety of ways. More body fat contributes to higher blood pressure, which in effect makes it difficult for the heart to pump all the excess fluid. Over the years, this induces adverse changes in the shape and operation of the heart that can ultimately lead to heart failure.High blood pressure is linked to overweight and obesity in a number of ways. Having a large body size may increase blood pressure because your heart needs to pump more hard to deliver blood to all your cells. Excess fat can also damage your kidneys, which helps to control your blood pressure.
As your heart beats, blood is pumped through the walls of your arteries. It generates a force or a pull. When this strain gets too high and goes unnoticed for too long, other organs, such as your kidneys or your brain, can be damaged.
High blood pressure is most likely to affect people who are overweight or obese.
Do you think obesity is a global problem?

What advice would you give to someone who wants to lose weight by reducing their caloric intake, but isn’t sure where to start?
To lose weight, you need to eat fewer calories than you burn.
1.One way to make sure you don't eat too many calories is to count them.
2.Tea and coffee are good, low-calorie beverages, but only 1 tablespoon (4 grams) of sugar contributes around 16 calories to the cup.
3. Drinking water before meals will help you feel more relaxed, helping you consume less calories.
