• It is important for the social workers to perform quality of work by adhering to the healthcare profession standards.
• They should not get emotionally or personally attached.
• They need to maintain the professionalism.

The behavior of concern can be defined as the behavior one possessed. It means a behaviour which causes harm or problem to the other people. The behaviour of concern is an act of behaviour where person hurts themselves or the others. For example, verbal aggression such as harsh words or communication which hurts other people sentiments.
