Nerelee works as a support worker in a home and community care setting. As part of her role, Nerelee assists with showering, grooming and dressing people in their own home. Nerelee’s workplace has WHS policies and procedures that aim to ensure a person’s home is as safe as possible, for both the support workers, and the people receiving care. The primary role of Nerelee is to provide treatment to patients,Additionally community health nurse offer education to community members about maintaining their health so that they can decrease the ooccurance of disease and deaths, The community health nurse also called public health nurse or community nuursing practice in a community setting, Community health nurse provide health services prevention and health education,more focused on overseeing patient programs and less on hands on care, These nurse work within a community to support population health and deliver preventive health services, These services can be provided to and induvidual family group or population depending on role and work setting.

To reduce the fire risk she should properly store flammable products and solvents, maintain all cords disconnected when not in use, always check the dryer, dont leave the kitchen stove on flamme, Inspect the heating source, Test the smoke alarm regularly this precautions help the community nurse and patient from fire hazard
