1) Duty of care is a kind of legalized responsibilty of a person or may be of organization to avoid any type of behavior that would cause harm to others .
The duty of care in the home and community services includes the taking care of client as by the profession of nurse . Care includes their meal, hygiene , health evergy thing should be taking care by providing and maintaing the space , Maintain their privacy , social inclusion , practical assistent .
The duty of care applies to the provision of home and community services as by providing the care by all our efficiency and it can be overwhelming . In the provison of home and community services , the safety shoul be taken care of all the people and their belonging's either their home and relatives and anything that is important in terms of life necessity . by profect their right of privacy , and empower the youth is also the part of duty of care , The duty of care emphasises on that area in which the the youth and young people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol want to share alot for their mental health to the person or to a worker who maintain the confidentiality about there issues and discussions. 2) The support worker should demonstrate respect towards client’s home and belongings while involving in the process of duty of care by showing the gratitude and then by introduce themselves properly , showing them the positivity in each and every aspect. Keep your badge where it can be seen properly and treat everyone equally . Maintain their privacy , social inclusion , practical assistent according to their need and desire without disturb or touching their belonging without their permission . During all the care , please relax the client by make them believe in theirselves , like choose their own cloths , listen to them and make them encouraging .
