Community health services role in the delivery system is likely to increase as previously uninsured individuals gain to access to care. Health clinics can also serve as integrated care provides in the community.

Health clinics already face an increasing demand for services as more uninsured and self paying patient seek care. The demands could eventually create a crisis in some community.

If people can't access care in the community. Many will wait until get bad enough to go to the emergency room. It is mostly important to organisations. The staff is uniquely positioned to understand the community and the social and economic environment that impact patient health care decision .

The ultimate goal is to provide highest quality care in the lowest cost environment.
