Tensions will be there in health care on daily basis..The diffrerent worldviews promote tensions between administrative, health care providers and patients..Nurses are helping patient to promote their health and well being and also health care providers like physician and management like administration focusing on surveys and educational requirements thet person working in a ward with a big deal among patient those how are highly in beliefs and policy(avoiding blood and blood products)..Providing medication and procedures for them with multiple tasks and handling more important life threatening emergency's..And patient's also look administration and health care providers for communication becausethe are in different link..patients looking from them to improve their well being and not implementing in policy..nurse and doctors they want to care to their standards..these are different worldview of care vary depending on beliefs and standards..example patient came from religion and not accepting for certain procedure, but it must they have to undergo for certain procedure to save their life..So medical treatment and beliefs promote tension between patient, health care providers and administration..
