Tensions between Individual rights and Public good during Pandemic:

Pandemic is an epidemic over a wide geographical area and affecting a large proportion of the population . Pandemic COVID 19 , a highly contagious disease that spreads mainly through the droplets, made many countries to take decision that restricts the Fundamental rights, of the individuals in the country , such as the freedom for travelling. Travel restrictions, forced quarantine etc were implemented by the Governments of the different countries for public good. Similar tensions can occur between Individual decisions and public good in the future also ,if the Pandemic goes on, as the Government has the responsibility to act towards the public good or public health rather than protecting an individual's freedom.

Countries,which observed strict quarantine, forced use of mask , social distance and cancellations of public gatherings could control the spread of the Pandemic to some extent. So during Pandemic , Government leaders, who is got elected by the individuals or citizens in the country, has to take decision that influence public  good by providing the spread of pandemic diseases through contact or air born. When there is a restriction in the Fundamental rights , then there will be public tensions , strike, protests etc from the public. But people should think that , there ' right' should not hamper other's right or health. Cooperating to Government and police to protect public health can be good measure to control the Dreaded Pandemics to an extent.
