Tensions arising in healthcare system among administration, health care providers and patients:-

Recently health care system have become complex due to recruitment, lack of resources, communication skills, and work overload. This complexity create unequal distribution of tasks.
Problems start to arise when there is disagreement on a decision and it will create bitterness and dissatisfaction in organization.

Interpersonal conflict usually develops due to altered relationship among coworkers or unequal distribution of tasks that's why lack of understanding of situation by healthcare professionals.
Among all these problems patients become dissatisfied with his care.
Healthcare providers , who understand their responsibilities and work effectively with their colleagues, provide high quality care and further achieve desired outcome.
So it is necessary that their should be always cooperation, collaboration and respect in working environment.
If good policies are made by administration to resolve tensions, then there are chances of work satisfaction.
