What experience do you have related to religious freedom matters in the workplace?

I used to work in an Indian IT organisation. I came across various religious freedom matters in the workplace

• Muslims were allocated a separate place to offer their prayers inside the company
• Hindus used to keep the religious idols on their desks during work
• Their was a temple inside the company
• During Eid, muslims practicing ROJA were provided food after their fast was over

Do you think the responsibilities of employers to reasonably accommodate for religious practice and observance presents an unnecessary hardship on the growth of business

?I do not think that responsibilities of employers to reasonably accommodate for religious practice and observance presents an unnecessary hardship on the growth of business, because-

• Giving the freedom to practice one's religion helps build an inclusive workforce
• It gives motivation and dedication to work towards the goals of the company
• Employees trust in company when company trusts in their beliefs
