1.Most of the people think therapies help to improve health and well-being. Improper use of therapies can create lots of problem in elderly population.

If they use too much of vitamin and minersls through this theray may increase the risk of cancer and permanent damage of bowel.

Hands on technique like Chiriotherapies cause unique risk to elderly. Eg:- Avoid vigorous massage to avoid injuries because older adult bones are brittle and chance of fracture.

Drug interactions are another common risk factors.Eg:- Ginkgo and chamomile leads risk of bleeding in person who use anticoagulant likr warfarine and anti inflammatory drugs like Aspirin.

2.Sexuality and sexual activities are part of normal life. In older adults, maintaing sexual dysfunction a nurse has pivotal role.

Nurse should maintain a trusting relationship and effective communication with older people. Eg:- motivational interviews.. Nurse identify the possible issuse and encourage and motivate them to improve sexual health by change in behaviour.

Nurse act as advocate and access to sexual health professionals. Empathetic attitude is essential for a nurse, it will help to allow elderly to be open to their feelings and instigate health promotion activities.

Nursing diagnosis

Sexual dysfunction related to pdychological factors, low testosteron, Arterial dysfunction.

Assessment. :- patient report by sexual difficulties, use ofrdication and devices to enhsnce sexual performance, sexual behavioural activities.

Implementation :- obtain patient medical and sexual history

Determine current knowledge, understanding and expectations.

Providr privacy and non judgemental during interaction with elderly.

Findout the misconceptions related sexuality.

Encourage the elderly to discuss about his or her feelings.

Refer them to self support and help group.

3.Exercise in older adult

It will improve the immunity and digestive functions. Excercise near the limit of maximum capacity will improve physical parameters like muscle strength and mass. Through excercise elderly can improve mental health, emotional and social well being. If the person is inactive it will leads body fat and muscle atropy but via exercise old age can reduce risk of fall by balance training. Excercise maintain heart contractility, oxygen uptake, stroke volume and blood pressure. Common problem of old age is dementia tia and Alzhimers. Exercise improve neurological activities and can prevent neuro deficit in maximum.
