This may lead to interaction with the other drugs, may cause injury if not provided attention or performed under proper guidance. Some of the complications that may occurs in old adult are:

• The yoga that should be performed under the guidance of the instructor. But if older adult may performed, it also cause joint pains, stretching of the muscles. It may cause severe pain.
• The use of the herbal medicine could lead to health issues such as indigestion problem. In the old age, digestive system starts to work slowly, hence this could elevate the other disease conditions.
• The old adult may suffer from diabetes or hypertension. Hence these patients should not go for the acupuncture as this may lead to increase complications, severe injuries, injury or cut may take long healing time.
