2.Counselling by the counsellor who is professional in the domestic violence topic, who can give some knowledge to the employees about domestic violence.

3. Some confidential questionnaire can be distributed among the employees to know the domestic life of the employee who is working in the company.

Benefits of such training is that the employees will be able to understand the cases of domestic violence better and they can also try to settle down with disputes but the most challenging thing for the organization is to identify the employees who is in or suffering from domestic violence cases because domestic violence are the someones internal family matter,and no one wants to share their family problem in office.
