Before the internet introduced the consumers were passive players and physicians dominted all phases of healthcare decision making, and from treatment to hospital choice the physician voices are dominanted patients did as the physicians tell them to do because they know very little about the disease and prescribed treatment and so they questioned less, but after the online revolutions in healthcare has had profund implications for the way communicatiors rech both consumers and professionals because the consumers are well aware of the disease signs and symptoms and treatment and they before going to the physicans they check the internet for the information and physicans reading the internet more than the printed matter and updating them by the latest researches and journals and now the patient were now empowered to be active participants in the healthcare. there will leverage in healthcare through smart connected products to capture new revenue streams, including optimized customer processes and improved business outcomes.
