Electronic Health Record System helps the family physician to connect with the specialist and other team members collaborating with the client thereby it helps in reducing the waiting period through flexibility in accessing the health care system digitally. Therefore, it is quick and effective while considering the conventional method of consultation. Patient engagement is vital as part of team collaboration in electronic health system platform.
