Hi, I would like to answer this question to you. I hope you would love an answer and get a clear idea related to the same. So not wasting much time let's get started.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): The EMR or the Electronic Medical Record is a record that consists of the information related to the past history of the medical checkups and the tests been done of the patient. This digital record of the data related to the patients is been far better as compared to that of the paper records. For the clinicians, the EMR has several advantages over the paper records. Some of them may be as that the data can be tracked over time to time, and the clear identification of the patient

Electronic Health Record (EHR): The EHR or the Electronic Health record is far better than the EMR as this consists of all the data from the EMR and more than that. This is the reason it is needed to be considered more as the working of the EMR record is in a way that the personal health of the patient is been recorded and analyzed and the personal report and the EMR report of the patient is been digitally distributed to the other health organizations so as all the other healthcare organizations have the details of the patient and the data and the information like the allergy and the other issues are already known to the institute and making the system clear and fast.

Now you are asking about the value of the EHR Electronic Health Record from the ETHICAL perspective. Mentioning Ethical was the best part this makes the whole opinion change. As the value of the EHR would be great as the information is been shared to the other organizations of the domain so as sharing the personals data by the National Alliance of Health Information Technology, which says that the data can be created, managed, shared by authorized clinicians and other organizations.

So this is a good cause according to my opinion.

I hope you have loved an answer and got a good view of the question been asked

Thanks and Happy to help :)
