What role does effective interpersonal communication play within organizations? Give an example. 150-200 words
The way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today in order to sustain, organizations need to be effective and diligent. Communication is considered to be the key and the organization needs to have a proper culture of communication that will promote interpersonal and communication in a group as well because communication will ensure that proper information is conveyed throughout. I believe that if communication is given priority and it is effective, then it actually may change the way business is being done, for example if the managers communicate effectively with the team and convey the right information throughout, then this will actually have a positive impact on the performance and efficiency of the employees. Communication will also ensure that employees feel valued and involved in the organization in creating employee motivation and retention rate. The internal stakeholders actually will be satisfied if communication is quite an effective and priority aspect.
