Interpersonal skills are the routine skills that we are using to interact with peoples in our day to day personal and professional life.
Gender plays a vital role in interpersonal skills because all the discussions happen with men to men, men to women, women to women, and while discussion with men to men interpersonal skills more clear in cooperative men to women. In other women to women discussion more freely and interpersonal skills are more and more fines so both men and women gender play effective roles in delivering and exploring interpersonal skills.
Female managers are cool and emotional and they can easily control the conflicts but sometimes many conflicts out of control to female managers.
Female managers very effective in explaining the issues, problems, and ability to coordinate and control the situation.
Male managers have an ability to discuss at a very low level and always losing their confidence while negotiating conflicts or managing conflicts.
