1. It helps the people to know each other better, and thereby create lasting relationships at workplace. This bonhomie created by mutual trust not only builds great teams but also helps to improve organisation's culture.
2. Effective interpersonal communication creates think-tanks which lead to better decision making while including all perspectives.
3. Better interpersonal communication improves transparency and prevents brewing of conflicts and avoidable situations, thereby improving emotional well being of employees and their engagement towards work.
4. Workplaces which have good communication among employees are more likely to have higher productivity, quality consciousness and growth orientation.
