We can achieve this by improving the level of education of nurses midwives and even doctors mainly increasing their concepts about innovation and strategies , investing funds in continuing education programmes, introduction of hospitals with better quality and workplace environment, donation of a portion of budget to developing and sustaining culture environment that supports the delivery of evidence bast medicine , practices and care.
