Effective delivery through the voice and body means the resonance of vocal and bodily efforts in making speeches. Vocal ability can be used in the form of speech delivery that also relates to the rate, volume, and pitch with which the person speaks. Effective vocal delivery can engage and interest the audience also it helps in effective and efficient communication of ideas. Bodily efforts relates more to the body and hand gestures which also play a major role in non-verbal communication which is largely understated by many speakers.

Extemporaneous speech involves the use of notes to make the performance of the speech better. Some speakers may also use a transcript of their speech and read it out word to word while others may just end up using notes.
