Medicare focused on ACOs as a primary device to improve the quality and reduce costs.In other words we can say Accountable Care Organization is an organized group of providers that are both clinically and financially responsible for all the health care that thei paients needed. Health care reform in the United States offers opportunities to explore the direct and indirect casual effects of policy implementations at the patient, organizational and community levels. The Affordable Care Act was designed to accomplish comprehensive market based health reform. The law seeks to increase the number of insured Americams.The implementation of this act has facilitated the development of new health care delivery system such as Accountable Health Care Organization and Medical homes. This development represents an evolving idea of how quality, accountable health care should be delivered.The study analyzes knowledge about ACOs hospital organizational factors.Therefore, it is said that the innovations of evidence based medicine care more and accountable care organizations been adequately incorporated into the Affordale Care Act.
