The servicescape is the physical environment of the restaurant which includes the color, music, layout, scent, design, interiors, and other physical environment elements that come together to create the servicescape at the restaurant where the services transactions are carried out.

during my last visit to the restaurant, I observed the kind of music at the restaurant was so soothing to the ears that I never felt like going out and finishing the food quickly. The lighting was also perfect and the lighting, as well as the music, was complimenting each other to create an exceptional experience.

It is important to understand the customer who is visiting the restaurant and the restaurant should design the environment according to the type of food they are offering. Such as a Chinese restaurant servicescape should try to create a typical Chinese cultural environment where customers feel like they are having true Chinese food in the Chinese ambiance.

What I found was weak there in terms of paintings on the wall and some idols kept in the restaurant did not seem to be of good quality and completing going with them of the restaurant and it can be improved by using a better painting which complements the overall theme of the restaurant.

The characteristic of color, smell, lighting, sound, etc does change the customer experience a lot, As the food is all about using all the sense where the color, smell, lighting, and sound further augment in the realization of all the sense of the customers and customer experience is altered to the great extent.
