Expert Solution

It is very unfortunate that elder or senior abuse are occurring and it is more heart taking that it is very hard to prove in this technological Era.

It is very important to report the instances of elder abuse because they are in their later part of their life and most of them are helpless and when some person is sent to take care of them and instead of taking care they abuse them, it is very unethical.

All the citizens are equal and when sexual assaults are done on young girls, there are many rules to to cover up but when it comes to elders there are no strict rules and no efforts are given in order to investigate such issues.

Government should appoint officers that visit regularly to the elders to which care takers are given. Care takers should constantly be questioned by officers.

Reporting requirements would be a statement from elders who are assaulted and safety after they give statements about care takers.
