1, She didn't call interpreter when she meet patient to save more time for her lunch.

2, Didn't allow patient get food from home even though there was not diet restriction. She denied because she didn't want the scent of the curry in the floor.

3, Ignoring Jean-Pierre's complain of pain and saying that people from his culture are "babies" and inconsiderate but was putting him at risk.
