Cultural broking is a act of connecting people of different cultural background , in health care system the cultural broking is defined as the health intervention by using knowledge of culture and health science to improve care to motivate client for effective health plans.The healthcare agents like policy makers, physician nurses are the cultural brokers, the healthcare providers has the greatest impact on the people as they come across the individuals of different culture whom they treat , they make the best health decision for the pts which benefits them most .

As a nurse I am practicing cultural broking by making research on transcultural knowledge and using that knowledge in the pt care of different cultures it helps me to make certain medical decisions for the pt. The best way to improve care to pts is my seeking more knowledge on transcultural reaseach, providing evidenced based care to pts etc
