Expert Solution

The resource factor will be cutting across all phases of the strategic management process because the resource will always be Limited in nature for the company and these resources are to be used in an effective and efficient manner in order to maximize the revenues and profits for the company and maximize its value so resources should always be used in efficient manner by the management and they should proactively analyse the use of these resources in the best project.

So, resource factor will be cutting across all phases of the strategic management as it will help the strategic management team in order to determine that how much strategic management can be applied with respect to the limited resources and resource factor is helping them in order to maximize the most benefit out of channelization of the best utilisation of resources so utilisation of resources must be effective and efficient in order to help the organisation to maximize the organisational value.
