Clinical manifestations of Heart disease:
Symptoms are a) Discomfort in the back, shoulders, arms, stomach,jaw,neck. b) Inability to sleep. c) Shortness of breath. d) Lightheadedness or dizziness. e) Nausea or vomiting. f) Breaking out in a cold sweat.
Signs are: a) memoryloss. b) Reduced exercise tolerance.. c) Swollen feet. d) Random dizziness. e) Unprompted sweating. f) Non chest pain.. g) Erectile dysfunction.
clinical manifestations of stroke :
Difficulty walking, instability, paralysis with weak muscles, problems with coordination, stiff muscles, overactive reflexes, paralysis of one sideof the body, Blurred vision, difficulty speaking, fatigue, vertigo, limb weakness, reduced sensation of touch, mucle weakness, difficulty swallowing, mental confusion and rapid involuntary eye movement.
Clinical manifestations of Type 2 Diabetes:
Polyuria( excessive urination), Polydipsia( Increased thirst), Feeling tired, Irregular periods in girls,Increased hunger, dark areas of skin in skin folds, weight loss, yeast or bladder infections.
