1.A.Language development is the process y which children understand and communicate language during early childhood. Language development starts early in life ,from childhood on words we acquire the forms,meaning and use of words and utterance from the linguistic input.Language development of one if the developmental milestones.

Development of language is interdependent with sports ,brain development and cognitive development.Language is the foundation for all social interaction.Having problems in language create problems in communication.

Importance of language development: *Language development increase creativity helps to get new ideas. *It will boost over all progress on other developmental milestones. *Provide many more growth opportunities. Helps to Connect with surrounded peoples. *It support child's ability to communicate and express and understand feelings.

B.There are three types of language. * Expressive language:These are the words children use when they talk. *Receptive language:The words that children can understand,although they may or may not use them when they speak.Typically much more expansive language than expressive especially for the those who speak or are regularly exposed to a second language. *Pragmatic language:It is the way language is used in social stings. It requires a wide vocabulary,as well as a nuanced understanding of the social world.

C.Language difference in children: Language can vary in many ways. They use different sounds,make words in different ways,put words together to form a sentence in different ways. Language differences are ,some may use physical body language along with linguistic words in communication. Dialect is a variety of language.

D.Developmental continuum has been prepared which identifies phases in childs oral language development.There are 5 stages in language development. *Pre production stage:In this stage child has minimal comprehension,doesn't verbalize. *Early production stage :In this stage produce one or two words response,use key words and familiar phrases. *Speech emergence: In this stage child has good comprehension,can produce simple sentence,make pronunciation errors. *Intermediate fluency:In this stage just do some grammatical errors only. *Advance fluency:In this stage child have full development of language.

2. There are some strategies to promote language development in childhood. *Getting child's attention and making eye to eye contact. *To get clear understanding speak clearly and calmly. *Use appropriate and simple language according to developmental age.*Initiate in word games to improve vocabulary. *Repeat and modeling what child has said helps to make them correct.
