Explain the AQCD Test for determining the quality of an external factor. Why should the AQCD Test be met to the extent possible in performing an external assessment?
The ACQD of the Actionable, quantitative, comparative and divisional are the most widely used criteria to measure the external and internal factors. The SWOT or the Strength, Weakness. The opportunity and Threat model uses the ACQD model for the best of the proposed theory for its success. The External and internal factors noted by the SWOT are processes with the ACQD lines to make it useful for the implementation of the best outcomes of the subject.
Hence the ACQD model gives the business a list of actionable possibilities that would benefit a firm. The same way the weaknesses are identified in a comparative fashion where the internal and external weaknesses are measures and assessed. This gives the idea of which all opportunities are to be taken. The exhaustive lists of opportunities are created which are this quantitatively assessed for the external factors to benefit from such. The threats are also assessed for the external factors and are divided to mitigate the same based on the exhaustive list of benefits that can give mitigating aspects with the exhaustive list of every capability. This helps the business to develop the external capabilities for the best of external assessment for the best of gains in the process.
