Dimension of culture shows the effect of society's culture on the values of its members.this tell us how these values relates behaviour .this theory is framework and it is developed by hofstede culture dimensions theory.

These theory present four dimansions which is as follow

1) Individualism- collectivism= In this dimensions we are taking about Individual as well as about groups.this emphasis like I Versus we . collectivism is tell about society which have integrated relationship tie extended families and other into group .while individualism is talk about only about individual.

2) Uncertainty avoidance - this index is defined as a society's tolerance for ambiguity.this is like away from the status quo.A lower degree means more acceptance of different thought or ideas.

3) Power distance- This is tells about the extent to which the less powerful members of organization and institution accept and expect that power is distributed unequally

4): Masculinity- Feminity= this is like task orientation versus person orientation.Masculinity is defined as a preference in society for achievement and material rewards for success while feminist is like sharing of modest and caring views equally with men.

I think individualism- Collectivism is correlated with with one another. As we individual goals is achieved then group goals can be achieved.
