Consider the four characteristics of the nervous system. Suppose you had to do without one of them. Which would you choose, and what would be the consequences of your decision for your behavior?

Solutions

Expert Solution

In our nervous system the four characteristics are following

First is complexity

Second one is integration

Third is adaptability, and

Last and fourth is electrochemical transmission.

If I would have to eliminate one characteristic, it would be integration for me and the consequences for this decision will lead to following changes in behaviour are-

1) If I will eliminate the integration from my nervous system I would not be able to integrate or combine the Information mind recieved from many sources. My way of sensing or collecting the information by touching ,hearing ,seeing get lost.

2) My body or mind won't function properly and effectively.

I can't process and interpret sensory information and taken decision will be ineffective and wrong .

3) My communication integration gets affected in nervous system. The mathematical operations in nervous system gets affected badly and we can't process our mind further and cannot think and do anything by mind.

Thanks
