What population are considered as vulnerable

Vulnerable populations are the one who have the high chances of getting hurt either physically , mentally, socially and emotionally .

In the society many populations groups are considered as vulnerable and this include ;

* People from racial or ethnic minorities

* Elderly

* Children

* Socioeconomicall disadvantaged

* People with certain medical condition

* homeless population

* People with mental disabilities

These are the population can considered as vulnerable population who require special care and services inorder to support their lives as they have high chance of getting health releated problems and hurt .

Your role as researcher in protecting vulnerable population .

As a researcher there is an important role in protecting the vulnerable population .it is important to find myself in the position with increased responsibilities and expectation towards the protection of vulnerables .

Obtaining the consent from the population is the foremost step .in case of children's obtaining the consent from the guardian make them feel secured and protected and can conduct the study in a protected environment .

When a population as claimed vulnerable ,and this status as vulnerable generates a duty as a researcher to review the committees and regulators to provide special protection .

As a researcher it is very important to classify the Vulnerables into vulnerables in general and vulnerables that require special attention which helps to focus the area who require special protection .

It is important to treat each and every individual as an autonomous agent and make the person's with diminished autonomy subjected under protection and follow the principle of respect towards each .Through this the rights of the vulnerables are get protected.

One of the most important role as researcher ,I have to communicate the research where it is appropriate and required and transfer the knowledge for the benefits of the population .

Establish a comprehensive ,effective and streamlined system that in better promote the protection of the vulnerable population

Review scientific and regulatory policies which can bring positive impacts towards the global safeguard for vulnerable population .
