1)Encephalitis is an inflammation occured in the brain can cause severe headache and pain.The main cause for this is stress. If a person is more stressed for mor hours or days he may get effected with this kind of diseas

2) Generally there is no perfect cause for multiple sclerosis bacause it is an auto immune disease. It causes only due to the failure of immune system in our body.In this case it destroys myelin which i nothing but a layer coated with fatty substance and protects nerves in spinal chord and brain. This MS directly attacks on central nervous system which will make our body weak.Some of the factors are the reasons for this disease are immunologic, and may be genetical disorder or some environmental factors etc....

3) The other name of this disease is Lou Gehrig disease which especially effects on neurons and leads neurons to deadly state. That is the reason this disease is also known as motor neuron disease. This make the nerve cells which are nothing but neurons which controls the movement of muscles to deadly state. Comparin both multiple sclerosis and amytotrophic lateral sclerosis, the symptoms of both these diseases are almost same but MS effects on Central nervous sysytem and ALS effects of the nerves which helps in muscle movements.
