MANAGER
Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. You will be responsible for tracking inventory and ordering supplies, managing daily preparation of menu items, scheduling staff to ensure there is sufficient coverage during each shift, and monitoring the flow of business during each meal service. At the close of each meal, you will reconcile receipts, cash intake, and tips, and lock up cash and other financial records into the safe. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy.
Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· 5+ years of experience in a restaurant with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Able to stand for extended periods
· Flexible schedule
Duties and Responsibilities
· Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
· Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
· Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
· Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
· Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
· Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
· Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
Daily Tasks
· Directing hiring, training, motivation, and termination of personnel.
· Managing the inventory of food supplies and equipment and ensuring the appropriate restocking or repairing.
· Overseeing the quality and sanitary status of supplies and equipment.
· Ensuring that all sanitary regulations are met and followed by all employees.
· Providing customers with the appropriate compensation when food or service quality standards are not met.
· Overseeing and monitoring staff schedules, duties, and responsibilities.
· Reviewing financial transactions.
· Building a network of vendors.
COOK
Cook Job Purpose:
Prepares food for clients. Helps devise new methods of cooking and new menu items. Streamlines work from back of house to front of house.
Job brief
We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery
An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

· Excellent physical condition and stamina
· Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
· Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
· Cook food in various utensils or grillers
· Check food while cooking to stir or turn
· Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
· Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
· Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
· Check quality of ingredients
· Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
