Answer-1- The basic aim of education is to shape a person into a moral, ethical and logical one.It brings a person from darkness to light in an aspect that when education is perceived, it changes the way a person thinks,it filters the myths and superstitions, wrong ideas and thoughts and takes the person to a path of Right judgement,Right conduct, developing meaningful knowledge and apart from that cultivates moral and ethical values of a person. But the question is how a person could go from darkness to light,he can't go on his own.he must need a guide, who knows the way and how to reach there, that guide we all say is a  teacher.A teacher Plants a seed, nurtures it with water and efforts for its blooming without caring for if he could bear its fruit. He has in some way or the other an altruistic vision. He does his selfless work with dedication and sincerity.A good teacher must have the complete knowledge of his subjects,he should be synchronous with the changing trends of his subjects, new inventions and additions in his subjects,so that he should be able to help his students learn better. He must have apprecitation for any new idea and belief that is in favour of applied education. He should be learner at first place and should continue his learning at all times and must examine his teaching methods. Thus teaching should be more practical based, synchronous with the current trends, and which generates curiosity in the minds of the students. It's like a student goes to a classroom, initially having no interest in that subject which he has gone for studying but after the class, came up with an interest in the subject, with new thoughts and analysis for that subject, that's the power of a good teaching.

At this time in my studies,I believe that my philosophy of education is in consistent with what is going in my studies. The teaching methods and its effectiveness is far beyond my philosophy of education. The most important factor is that it has better harmonization with the current trends in education and subjects. The current system of teaching inculcates curiosity in the minds of students,so it confirms with my beliefs about the philosophy of education.
