Hematocrit is the ratio or the proportion of red blood cell volume in our body to the amount of total blood volume in body
Hematocrit is helpful in diagnosis of Many disease . It indicates the amount of red blood cells in the body which is helpful in the measurement of hemoglobin attached to it . This value reveals the truth on the condition like anemia. It also varies a lot in blood disorders and dehydration etc .
Microcystic and macrocytic z anemia
Microcystic anemia is a specific disorder in which the size of the RBS become smaller than normal and in macrocytic anemia the size of RBC is bigger than normal .
Microcystic anemia is due to the reduction in amount of iron In blood and macrocytic anemia occur Ra result of vitamin b12 deficiency.
Microcystic anemia HS RBC that is hypochromic but macrocytic it is not hypochromic
Microcystic is not much dangerous as compared to macrocytic as it cause permanent nerve damage if not treated.
The dietary base is that microcystic anemia is due to deficiency of iron while the deficiency of b12 is the basis of macrocytic anemia
