Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at your job and what steps did you take to resolve that challenge?

When I joined the company for the first time there was a sudden change in the life as the new role and responsibilities have been added, being a fresher the work environment was new to me and office gossipers were there also many of time I used to make mistake while doing my work as the task assign to me was new.

There were many Coworkers that were not friendly to me and they used to disagree with my decisions.

Steps I took to resolve that challenge are

• First things I started being friendly to everyone to become comfortable with all coworkers and to create a friendly atmosphere this step reduce my nervousness and made me confident.
• I started exploring myself by learning new things related to my work assign and many different things that helped me to become an expert in my field.
• I learn to manage timing that helped me to complete my work on time and coworkers started appreciating me and slowly they used to agree with my decisions.
