In athletic footwear, the Clan culture is highly inspiring to make the work environment too friendly to ease the work process and keep a consistency to maintain a team. The culture should emphasize on the effective bonding between the colleagues and maintains a stable framework for the process of human resource development. The organization staffs need to co-operate with the clients and interact with them with a helping approach. The organization is likely required to promote teamwork and should engage in the participation to excel the standard of working culture. The employee should collaborate mutually to handle the project in the organization and maintain a stable workforce. The employees are required to innovate in their thinking standards and bring the implementation in the work also to maximize the organization's process in a long term.  

The culture traits that are required to exhibit are the transparency in the communication standard among the organization. As it deals with footwear, so the quality and the importance are required to keep in front of the customers, so that they get the chance to decide and select the best standard product. The employees in the organization should communicate with the operations team to utilize the marketing mix in the work culture so to maximize the selling process of the product. From supply to manufacturing and other internal- external factors are well necessary to defined by keeping the transparency through the use of different modes of communication, so that this effective communication influences the standard of work culture and it should transmit from one another.
