The collaborative approach makes the different stakeholders participate in Organization Effectiveness. The physician, nursing teams, hospitals, health plans, and health system merge together for patient-centered primary care. The collaborative approach works based on the Organization policy, policymakers and management within the organization. The leaders and governmental agencies also contribute to reform the health care system.
The collaborative approach encourages widely the health care system and built a neighborhood of primary care. It also encourages the employers and purchasers to redesign the program and payment models that promote the care.
The collaboration between the healthcare organization and stakeholders improves the quality of care and minimizes the cost that values the organization. It assures the patient and family for quality care.
The external collaboration executes systematically the organizational strategy with the interest in marketing, managing and making social responsibility. The Organization should change the relationship from less favorable stakeholders to more favorable stakeholders.
