1.It is a selfassessment tool to determine how much we are happy in our present lives compared to past.Basically it depends on 8 factors.They are Health,Career,Friendsand Family,Home Environment,Finances,Fun and Recreation,Personal Growth.

3.,The Scores have definitely changed,interms of health condition ,relationships with family and friends,and time spent on recreational activities.
4.After the delivery of my baby my stress levels has increased drastically as i had to adjust my daily routines,funtimes ,career and even the time for family bonding set aside to look after my the needs of my baby.
5.I will give 6 out of 10.
6.As my baby has now became a toddler ,i found out some strategies to get relief from my tension.
a.I have decided to put him in a play school for a few hours.
b Focusing my attention to improve my health ,eating healthy foods and doing excercise.
c.Find an online job which suits my profession,and easily could do it at home.
d.Find time for doing Yoga.
7.With my positive outlook and highly energetized spirit ,i was able to put all actions at work.
8.Now i am thinking of creating a group in social group apps, so i will able to get in touch with all of my friends and also decided to spend some time gardening ,which will surely rejuvenates my mind and body.
