Self-Care and Mindfulness in Everyday Life Journal, In your own experience, what do self-care and mindfulness mean to you? In your journal, identify 5 - 7 ways you currently/will incorporate self-care as well as mindfulness into your life. In addition, address how your work-life could benefit from spiritual and mindful practices.

Answer: Self care and mindfulness increases the positivity towards life. It reduces the risk of disease and lead to healthy life living. It increases the work productivity, mindfulness increases the way of living, eternal happiness. Self care includes various methods which can prevent us from getting in to depression. Reducing the stressed conditions and enhancing the healthy ageing process.

Some of the methods that could be incorporate in to life are:

  • Doing meditation which reduces the stress and keep mind of peace.
  • It is important to indulge in exercising such as jogging or walking which keeps mind fresh, reduces the risk of developing the chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension etc.
  • Adopt healthy eating habits.
  • It is important to have a sound sleep everyday for at least 6 hours.
  • Include time management in life.

This could elevate the living style, increases positivity and certainly it could also enable to improve the health conditions.
