Stress refers to the response of the body in the critical situation or threat. It may be in reality or imagination. Body increase it’s alertness in the stress situation. This phenomenon is known as flute and fight response or stress response.
We can manage our stress by replacing negative stress on the positive stress in order to decrease the side effects of it. Positive stress can help us by increasing concentration, focus and alertness.
We can make stress a friend by taking it positively. Limited level of stress is acceptable but the higher level of stress may cause a harmful effect on people.
An elevated level of stress may affect the professional life because it reduces concentration, focus and workability.
Stress also decreased our communication skills and shift our mood. Due to it, we can't ’t complete our task Ina effective manner.
