When an entrepreneur does what he believes it inspires the people who believe the same way. There is percentage of people who do not buy a product or service if one has beautifully designed products and asking them to buy it but what this does is that they buy only those products or services which are according to their belief. They simply don’t believe in other’s belief and it is this percentage of people who actually makes a product or a service successful. When an entrepreneur does what he believes rather than asking people to buy his product in order to ern the money he inspires the masses by making the belief of the people come true. And that is how is different from others who despite being better in terms of funds and qualification fail, which means they don’t believe what they have for the people and the question arises why should people buy the product of a company which itself doesn’t believe in their own work and that how in simple terms it makes the difference between failure and the success. This is what golden circle approach is all about, to start from what you believe and not what you do or produce that to communicate from inside out. In other words, the vision behind the product should be communicated instead of communication what they do, thus the focus of the entrepreneur should be the core question of the golden cycle, the why (why the product is better as the entrepreneur believes himself in honest and clear message)
