Whistleblowers are the person who will focus on the unethical matter that happen in a organisations. They will give information to govt or managing director of a company or third party by hotlines to resolve the unethical malpractices happening in a company. So this whistles blowers are victimised sometimes. So to protect them there is some laws. Govt in some case incentive to this whistle blower if that will some seriois public sector problem. OSHA stand for occupational safety and health administrator under the dept of labour of us govt.,they look on to the matter related to labours safety in work place. OSHA gives training regarding recognitiion avoidance of risk related to industrious work.

whistle blower expect to be protected under diff Act, few examples are Sarbanes oxley act, United states federal sentencing guideline for organization, dodd frankwall street reform and consumers protection act.

Protection for reporting unsafe procedure and environment is important because of various person related to mass of public. It need to be make a safe env for work for the health of worker and also the health of society. Eg it needs to see the working time of env for a fixed time... No over time work, no sexual harassement in work field, proper ventillation in workfield per every worker etc. It need to check that industry maintaimn proper disposal of waate or not.. If they improperly disposed waste that will hazwr for society etc. So whistleblower if seen someting going wrong they will knowm it to authority or govt to solve this problem but this may affect someones or somepeoples intension so it needs to protect whistleblower. Govt gives incentove to this whistle blower to encourage them.
